Plans are sold as one-time payments for the fixed period shown in our pricing plans. We do not renew automatically. Prices may change for future orders, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Each plan allows the number of simultaneous connections stated at checkout. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your login is not allowed and may lead to suspension without a refund.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service online and target 99.9% uptime. Streaming also depends on your internet connection, your device, and third parties, so we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Channel and on-demand lineups vary by plan and region and may change.

Refunds, Cancellation, and Termination

New customers can request a refund within 7 days, as described in our refund policy. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms of service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
