DMCA Policy: How to Send a Takedown Notice

If you believe content available through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. Under Section 512 of the Copyright Act, a valid notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for you.
• The copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The material you want removed and enough detail for us to find it.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

• We review the notice and may ask for missing details.
• We remove or disable access to the material identified in a valid notice.
• We tell the affected party, where we can, so they may respond.

Counter-Notice Under This DMCA Policy

If you think material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, the material removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that infringe repeatedly are closed, as set out in our terms of service and this DMCA policy. This is part of the safe harbor provisions that online services follow.

Good Faith and Misuse
